The new nVision from Crystal Engineering is a portable device with an array of pressure, current/voltage and temperature measuring modules that may be installed in either or both available chassis bays.   All modules can be removed, exchanged and even calibrated without the base.

The large 255 x 160 pixel backlit graphical display area is great for monitoring multiple channels simultaneously and can display up to 10 readings per second.  For added annunciation of measurement limits, the product keypad has vivid LEDs incorporated.  For downloading data and customizing the nVision to meet your needs, a mini USB B interface is included for data transfer or even powering the unit.

Crystal Pressure Fittings (CPF)

Crystal Engineering is proud to introduce a revolutionary fitting system for fast, reliable and leak free connections.  When CPF fittings are connected together, no tools are required - only your fingers - for working pressure up to 10,000psi/700Bar/70MPa.  For a broader temperature range, or if you need a metal to metal seal (for media compatibility), just use a wrench! 

Unlike other proprietary fitting systems, CPF can be used with standard, off-the-shelf medium pressure fittings from Autoclave, HiP and others - without the need for special conversion fittings.

Fittings

• Finger-tight  to 10Kpsi (working pressure, -20ºC to 50ºC)
• Wrench tight to 10Kpsi (working pressure, -40ºC to 150ºC)
• A complete 316 stainless steel fitting system with medium pressure cone sealing surface with o-ring backup.
• Crystal’s innovative inter-changeable design allows wrench tight coupling to 10K psi (working pressure) with HiP and Autoclave Engineers  medium pressure (1/4”) series fittings and adapters.
• Laser marked for clear fitting identification.
• Safety weep hole alerts you of any leaks (a whistling noise to indicate pressurized connection or leaks in a controlled manner when there is a leaking connection).
• Cannot be mistaken for NPT.

Hoses

• Factor Of Safety (FOS) on 10000 PSI/700bar/70MPa working pressure system is 4:1 versus competitors FOS of 2.5:1
• Quality construction using 316 Stainless Steel fitting in Polyamide core hose.
